Bene Real Estate C.V.

Thus, in 2008, Quares completed the setting up of Bene Real Estate C.V. with an IRR (effective interest rate) of 15.42% (11.28% IRR predicted).

The real estate portfolio of €48.6 million consisted of a mix of Dutch offices (Groningen, Amersfoort and Amsterdam) and Belgian logistics real estate (Genk, Doornik, Herentals and Oevel).

 

Privileged Property Luxembourg I

Quares currently manages Privileged Property Lux I SA, a Luxembourg investment fund structured for institutional investors with a Belgian-Dutch real estate portfolio currently comprising five office and business buildings. Tenants include Staples, KBC Bank, Nokia Siemens Networks, Telenet and Pearl Music. The portfolio represents an investment of €35 million.

 

Quares Retail Fund

In 2007, Quares established the Quares Retail Fund. This real estate fund consists exclusively of retail buildings spread across Belgium at 11 locations with 37 different tenants including H&M, Brico, Van den Borre, Torfs, Lidl. This portfolio represents a real estate value of €48.5 million.
